This is an evaluation of a workplace substance abuse prevention initiative targeting allied healthcare professionals. I used a mixed-methods approach, including a randomized controlled trial and focus groups, it assesses the program’s implementation, outcomes, and effectiveness in reducing substance use and improving job performance and well-being.
